You do not need to be technical. Choose what you want to do below, then follow the numbered steps.
How it works
Create Layout → Upload Content → Publish Layout → Schedule Layout
Create your layout based on your requirements. Choose the screen size and how you want your design to look.
Show me how →STEP 2Upload ContentUpload your pictures or videos, then add them to your layout. Arrange them where you want them to appear.
Show me how →STEP 3Publish LayoutPreview your design and publish it when you are happy. This makes the layout ready to show on your screens.
Show me how →STEP 4Schedule LayoutChoose which screens should show the layout and when. The player downloads the content and plays it at the scheduled time.
Show me how →Have your CMS web address, username and password ready. These are the login details supplied by your administrator or Screen Moove.
1. Sign in
- Open a web browser, such as Chrome or Edge.
- Type your CMS web address into the browser’s address bar at the top, then press Enter.
- Enter your username and password on the login page.
- Click Login. You should now see the CMS menu.

Ask the person who manages your screens or email customerservices@screenmoove.com. Do not send your password by email.

After finishing your guide, check the physical screen. Changes can take time because the player needs to collect the schedule and download the files.
Upload = put a file in your online library.
Publish = make a layout ready to use.
Schedule = tell the system which screens should show it and when.
Uploading a file or publishing a layout does not, by itself, create a screen schedule.

Once you are comfortable: protect your account
Open User Profile at the top right, then Edit Profile to update your password and check your email address. Save your changes. Ask your administrator about setting up two-factor authentication and storing recovery codes safely.
